It's great that embroidery can be used to manage homework! One idea is to set a class-wide goal, such as finishing a specific book. When the goal is reached, everyone gets a special badge. As an alternative, you could assign your students to groups within each classroom, and then, at the conclusion of the marking period, you could give the group with the highest points special embroidery digitizing services.
